You see pages as drawings first. Mark what is wrong. We do not build the live site until those layouts are agreed.

We build the site and revise it from your feedback.
You get a live version to click through. We change copy, layout, and pages until it matches what you asked for.

Handoff
You get the files, or we host the site on a subscription.
Take the files and run the site yourself, or pay a monthly fee and we keep it online and updated. Either way we will make sure your website is up and running.

A small test group, then a wider test, then launch.
First a few people who know the work. Then a larger group. Bugs and confusion get fixed before everyone uses it.
